Vinca minor Gertrude Jekyll

Vinca minor 'Gertrude Jekyll' is a lovely evergreen ground cover that blooms in pure white, star-shaped clusters from spring until autumn. Its glossy green leaves makes a thick, trailing mat that is ideal for controlling weeds, stabilising slopes, and brightening dark regions. This durable and low-maintenance plant is perfect for challenging environments where other plants may struggle.

Where to plant: Prefers wet, well-drained soil in partial shade or full sun. Ideal for underplanting trees, borders, and banks.

How to care: Water till established, then do minimal upkeep. Trim back in early spring to promote new growth and avoid expansion beyond targeted regions. Drought-tolerant once established.
