Vinca minor 'Azura Flora Plena' - Double-flowered Azure Periwinkle

This dwarf evergreen periwinkle is dense and mat forming with an eventual height of 15cm and spread of 1-1.5 metres, making it the perfect groundcover for a mixed border or woodland area. Its trailing and upright stems hold dark-green ovate leaves which perfectly contrast the double, violet-blue flowers that bloom from all the way from spring to autumn. This plant is easy to grow and hardy, able to establish in shady areas where other plants suffer. 

A highly versatile plant this periwinkle can thrive in full shade, full sun or partial shade and can grow in any soil type or pH. It can also grow in moist, waterlogged, or well-draining soil and is hardy so can be placed in exposed or sheltered gardens.
