Having fresh herbs growing in your garden looks fantastic and they are easy to grow too. What's more, fresh herbs have more flavour than dried herbs and can be used in your own home cooking.
Most herbs are tough plants that will thrive when given the luxurious conditions of a garden. Think of all those tasty dishes that are enhanced by herbs when planning the vartieties you want to plant, from the staple varieties for a 'bouquet garni' bay leaf, rosemary and thyme, to Sage, Oregano and other essentials such as mint.
