Tulipa Purple Flag - Plum Tulips - Pack of 6 bulbs

A stunning, sumptuous Tulip, Purple Flag will add a bold strength to any planting scheme containing shades of plum, lilac and blue. It associates really well with plants that have silvery coloured foliage or growing through evergreen clumps of Heuchera. The stems are stout and robust, meaning it will stand up well in poor weather conditions, the stems are also excellent for cutting for a display indoors. Tulips will often multiply over the years if planted out in the garden and are perfect for naturalising under trees and in shrub borders. The flowers can remain for several weeks, which is an added bonus early in the year when flowers are harder to come by in the garden.
