The delightful and adaptable tomato variety 'Tumbling Tom' is ideal for growing in hanging baskets or containers, as its tumbling vines can flow over the sides in a lovely way. Yielding an abundance of delicious cherry tomatoes that are brilliant red in colour, they are great for salads and snacking.
'Tumbling Tom' works well in small gardens or on balconies, where it looks great combined with tiny herbs or edible flowers, like nasturtiums, to make a lush, appetising arrangement. Plant in premium, well-draining potting soil, and make sure it gets six hours of sunlight a day or more. Constant fruit output throughout the season can be ensured by regular watering and feeding with a balanced liquid tomato fertiliser. Supplied in approx. 9cm pot.
