Plant in rich, well-drained soil that receives full sun. Water the soil frequently to maintain an even moisture level, and mulch to keep moisture in the soil and keep weeds out. To control the plants' rapid growth and big, heavy fruit sets, support them with strong stakes or cages. Use a well-balanced tomato fertiliser on a regular basis.Â
