Tomato 'Brandywine Yellow'

The highly sought-after heirloom tomato variety "Brandywine Yellow" is renowned for its enormous, golden-yellow fruits and superb flavour. Plant in rich, well-drained soil that receives full sun. Water the soil frequently to maintain an even moisture level, and mulch to keep moisture in the soil and keep weeds out. To control their fast growth and heavy fruit sets, support the plants with strong stakes or cages. Use a well-balanced tomato fertiliser on a regular basis. Prune to increase air circulation and get rid of suckers, both of which help stave off illness.
