Syringa vulgaris 'Oliver de Serres' is a cultivar of common lilac that is prized for its beautiful flower displays and wonderful smell. Pale lilac flower clusters, plentiful in this type, bloom copiously in late spring, filling the air with a rich, sweet aroma. In addition to being aesthetically pleasing, the blossoms attract butterflies and bees, increasing the biodiversity of your garden.

Oliver de Serres is a wonderful option for mixed borders, as a standalone feature, or for building aromatic hedges. It reaches a height of approximately 2–3 metres and has a similar spread. It needs well-drained soil to grow properly, and full light is the ideal location for blooming.
