A beautiful, compact tree that provides multi-seasonal appeal, the Sorbus 'Autumn Spire', often called the Mountain Ash, is ideal for smaller gardens. It is perfect for confined areas and urban environments due to its erect, columnar habit. Bees and other pollinators are drawn to the tree's clusters of beautiful white flowers in the spring. Vibrant green foliage follows, which in the autumn changes into a breathtaking display of red, orange and yellow tones.
Clusters of tiny, vivid orange-red berries that develop in late summer and last long into winter are one of Sorbus 'Autumn Spire''s most notable characteristics. These berries enhance the ecological value of your garden while serving as an essential food source for birds and other wildlife.

Plant in full sun to partial shade with well-drained, fertile soil. The Sorbus 'Autumn Spire' is hardy and low-maintenance, requiring only minimal pruning in late winter to remove dead or damaged branches.

Supplied as a bare root tree at a height of approx. 130cm.
