Sorbus aucuparia 'Sheerwater Seedling' is a neat and upright native rowan that is ideal for urban gardens, avenues, and compact areas. It produces clusters of creamy-white flowers in the spring, which attract pollinators, and brilliant orange-red berries in the late summer, which are very enticing to birds. Its thin, pinnate green leaves become blazing colours of orange and scarlet in the autumn, offering interest throughout the season.

This robust, low-maintenance tree prefers well-drained, nutritious soil with full sun to light shade. Its neat, columnar form makes it perfect for growing in areas with limited space.  Prune only to remove dead or damaged wood in the winter. Grow beside Malus or Betula for a year-round display of structure, bloom, and colour.

Supplied as strong bare root trees.
