The captivating hybrid succulent Semponium 'Vortex' combines the best qualities of Aeonium and Sempervivum. Its magnificent rosettes, with their glossy, deep burgundy leaves, provide a dramatic focal point for any collection of succulents. 'Vortex' is a hardy plant that requires little care and looks great in sunny, well-drained environments, making it an excellent choice for rock gardens or containers. With its vibrant colours and geometric shape, this unusual succulent adds an exotic touch.
Plant in a sunny spot in gritted, well-drained soil. Use water sparingly, letting the soil dry out entirely in between applications. In the winter months, provide shelter or bring inside to protect from frost. Combine with additional succulents such as Crassula and Echeveria to create an exquisite arrangement.
