The 'Old Gold' hybrid tea rose is highly regarded because of its exceptional combination of amber and smokey orange tones that mimic the depth and richness of antique gold. This rose is a remarkable addition to any garden because of its enormous, well-formed flowers that emit a faint, delicate smell. It produces an abundant show of blooms that lasts from early summer to late autumn, showcasing its unique hue.

'Old Gold' grows best in borders or as a specimen plant, where its distinctive colour may really pop, and is best suited for sunny locations in well-drained soil. For the rose to stay healthy and produce its best bloom, regular watering—especially during dry spells—and fertilisation with a rose-specific fertiliser are necessities. In late winter, prune to promote strong new growth.

Supplied as Strong Bare Root plants, ready to go straight out in the garden and bloom.
