Rhubarb Victoria - Rheum rhabarbarum
Availability: Out of stock
Forget buying bare rooted crowns of Rhubarb and waiting years for a clump to establish, get ahead by planting our super strong pot grown plants.
Victoria is a very popular, fast growing variety with succulent and juicy stems, producing large plants that give generous crops of full flavoured, long succulent stems year after year with very little maintenance.
Â
It really is one of the easiest rhubarbs to grow with a delicious, sweet flavour. It will thrive in a bright sunny spot in fertile soil.
If you want an extra early tender stemmed crop of rhubarb, you can 'force' the stems by excluding light. Simply cover a healthy crown in mid-winter with a specially made pot known as a 'rhubarb forcer' or tall bucket.

Super strong pot grown plants supplied in approx 2-3 litre containers.
