This cultivar is offered in a very nice and generous 5L pot, showing beautiful, ruffled pink flowers. This variety is best known for its large, full flowers that make a real showing in spring, draping the shrub with a cover of bright pink—with frilly-edged petals for that classic look. The dark green, glossy leaves provide a perfect backdrop, making the flowers truly stand out.
Ideal as a border, for specimen planting, or even in a woodland garden, the plant prefers light partial shade at best and, if possible, in a sheltered site away from harsh winds. Acidic, well-drained soil should be preferred to give them full opportunity to flourish and maintain such vivacious bloom displays. This Rhododendron is superb for bringing grace to a shaded area of the garden with that burst of colour.
