Rhododendron hybrid 'Maxi Rose'

The gorgeous hybrid rhododendron 'Maxi Rose' is renowned for both its prolific growth and breathtaking flower show. Large, vivid rose-pink blooms from this cultivar make a dramatic visual statement in any garden setting. Late April sees the blossoms appear in dense clusters, creating a visually stunning and eye-catching display of colour.

'Maxi Rose' grows to a height of approximately 1.5 to 2 metres and spreads similarly, making it a great plant for forest gardens, mixed borders, or as a focal point. It prefers an area with some shade, as the strong afternoon sun can cause the blooms' colours to fade and vigour to diminish. It grows best in acidic, well-drained soil.
