One of the most well-liked rhododendron varieties is 'Cunningham's White,' which is widely valued for both its beautiful flower display and adaptability in the environment. Large, eye-catching clusters of white flowers with a noticeable yellow-green splotch that creates a remarkable contrast are produced by this shrub. Its dark, evergreen foliage provides a dramatic backdrop for the blossoms, which appear in late April.

'Cunningham's White' grows best in partly shaded areas with acidic, well-drained, humus-rich soil. Because its flowers and foliage can be vulnerable to frost and burning, it likes a location that is protected from wind and direct sunlight. With a maximum height and spread of 1.5 metres, this kind is appropriate for forest gardens, mixed borders, or as a specimen plant.
