Rose 'Queen Elizabeth' - Floribunda Rose
Availability: Out of stock
There have been many plants named in honour of Queen Elizabeth II over the years, but this Rose in our opinion is perhaps the best.
Featuring clusters of fully double, slightly fragrant, light pink flowers on long, stiff stems from July to September and leathery, dark green leaves this vigorous, cluster-flowered bush rose makes an ideal specimen plant or informal, flowering hedge. Best grown at the back of the border, the beautiful blooms make excellent and long-lasting, cut-flowers.
If you wanted a plant named in honour of Queen Elizabeth and a flower we know she liked, then look no further than Rose ‘Queen Elizabeth’, introduced in 1954 after the Queen ascended to the throne, it was a breeding breakthrough at the time and is as good today as it ever was, remaining popular throughout the world – just like the Queen was herself. It has won numerous awards including ‘Worlds Favourite Rose’.
This is a strong growing, vigorous and delicately fragranced Floribunda Rose will grow to approximately 1.5m tall.
Supplied as strong well established plants in approx 5L containers.Â
