For people with limited space, the Pyrus 'Condo' is a great option because it's a little pear tree that works well in patio containers and smaller gardens. It yields an astonishing amount of medium-sized pears with a traditional sweet and juicy flavour, perfect for snacking or cooking, despite its small size. The 'Condo' produces lovely white blossoms in the middle of spring that draw pollinators. Lush green foliage follows, adding more greenery for the summer months. This tree has to be planted in a container with proper drainage and in full sunlight to flourish. It needs regular watering to keep the soil consistently moist and favours fertile, well-drained soil.
