This is a gorgeous compact, bushy Potentilla shrub with open bright yellow flowers displaying perfectly overlapping petals. ‘Kobold’ flowers from late summer to early autumn and its green-grey foliage appears from mid-spring to mid-autumn. Growing to a height of approximately 60cm this Potentilla gives your garden texture and colour whilst requiring little maintenance. Its depth and versatility make it fit in flawlessly in a cottage border, patio planting and a coastal garden.
This highly flexible plant can thrive in exposed or sheltered conditions and will grow healthy with little interference. Suited to sun or partial shade it is preferable to place in moist but well-drained soil.
