A traditional and beloved fruiting tree, the Victoria Plum Tree is well-known for yielding big, juicy, and delicious plums with gorgeous red-flushed, golden skin. This classic British type is very adaptable and produces great fruit for baking, jams, fresh eating, and even making your own plum wine. Late summer is when the fruit ripens, yielding a bountiful crop that can be eaten fresh off the tree or preserved for later use. The tree also produces a beautiful display of white blossoms in the spring, which will draw wildlife like bees to your garden.
Plant in full sun with well-drained, fertile soil. The Victoria Plum Tree is partially self-fertile, but planting it alongside another plum variety will boost fruit yields. Prune annually in late winter or early spring to maintain shape and encourage healthy growth.
Supplied as a strong bare root tree at a height of approx. 160cm.
