Mirabelle 'Gypsy' is a wonderfully sweet and richly flavoured plum variety, producing an abundance of small, golden-yellow fruits with a delicate red blush. These juicy Mirabelle plums are perfect for eating fresh, making jams, or baking into traditional desserts. Ripening in late summer, Gypsy brings a burst of colour and flavour to your garden, along with pretty white blossom in spring that attracts pollinators. Mirabelle 'Gypsy' is self-fertile, making it ideal for single planting in smaller gardens or orchards. Light pruning after harvest in late summer will keep the tree healthy and productive. Combine with Mirabelle 'Golden Sphere' or Opal for a varied and extended plum-picking season.
