Penstemon pinifolius, commonly known as Pineleaf Penstemon, is a very attractive and colourful perennial that will provide a touch of class to any garden. Distinguished by its needle-like, evergreen foliage, brilliant red-orange flowers, and tubular blooms, this is an outstanding plant with a long flowering period, from early summer right in to Autumn.
The fiery blooms brighten not only the garden beds and borders but also attract beneficial pollinators and butterflies. Pineleaf Penstemon is outstanding used in rock gardens or zero water gardens once established. It will do well in any sunny spot, as long as it's placed in soils that drain well, be it in the garden or a container. Supplied in approx. 1 litre containers.Â
