A ‘Conference’ pear tree is a gorgeous addition to your garden if you have some space for a tree; it provides not only beautiful greenery but also delicious fruits in the autumn. However, if you've little space, then this tree in patio form has all the benefit without the stature of a larger tree, and will be equally happy in the ground or in a patio planter.
In the spring this tree will treat you to displays of white flowers while it prepares to grow the tasty pears. This is a deciduous tree, so it loses its leaves in the autumn and makes a spectacular return in the spring.
Plant this tree in a sunny, sheltered spot in moist, well-drained soil. It will grow well in most soils but avoid chalk.
Supplied in an approx. 5 litre containers.
