Phlox subulata 'Emerald Blue Cushion'

Blue Emerald Cushion Phlox is an amazing plant that hugs and carpets the ground and carries masses of soft-lavender blue flowers which blanket the foliage in late spring.

It creates a subtle swathe of colour when in bloom. Creeping phlox is a low-growing species which forms a carpet-like mat no taller than 6 inches.

This popular little perennial is best utilised in rocky areas, on slopes, and in flower borders. It is a versatile, easy to grow groundcover for full sun, and if trimmed over after the first flush of flowers will rebloom again later in the year.

Supplied in approx. 1 litre containers full of buds and blooms in season.
