Sarcococca hookeriana var. humilis Fragrant Mountain - Sweet Box

A new form of Sweet Box that seems to be extra tough and extra fragrant - but aren't they all!!

An adaptable plant, Sarcoccoca is great for use in a majestic seasonal planter, especially near a front door for example where you can appreciate the perfume every time you pass, or equally just as good is to use as a permanent feature in the garden.

Once established, it will tolerate tricky spots sych as drier shady conditions under established trees and larger shrubs for example. It will form a dense clump of rich green foliage, then in late Winter and in to Spring it stems cover themselves with small cream-white flowers that are scrumptionsly fragrant - although of course not edible, it is deliciously sweet and a real highlight of the season. 

This highly fragrant small shrub can also afford the house some cut stems from an established plant so the same scent and foliage from your garden can adorn floral arrangements and fill a room with the fragrance. Supplied in approx 2-3 litre containers.
