Muscari 'Emmy', commonly known as Grape Hyacinth, is a charming spring bulb that brings a vibrant splash of colour to your garden. This compact perennial produces dense spikes of tiny, cobalt-blue, bell-shaped flowers that resemble clusters of grapes. Blooming from early to mid-spring, these flowers emit a subtle, sweet fragrance, attracting bees and other pollinators. The bright green, strap-like leaves form a neat, clumping habit, making 'Emmy' ideal for borders, rock gardens, and naturalising in grassy areas.
Thriving in well-drained, moderately fertile soil and full sun to partial shade, Muscari 'Emmy' is exceptionally low-maintenance. Plant the bulbs in autumn for a reliable display year after year. Pair with early-flowering tulips, daffodils, or primroses for a colourful, layered spring garden. Divide clumps every few years to maintain vigour.
Supplied as a 9cm pot crammed full of bulbs in bud and ready to bloom indoors or in the garden.
