This amazing lavender is the perfect addition of summer colour and fragrance to your garden! Lavender is one of the most popular plants in the UK for good reason and ‘Walberton’s Silver Edge’ is no exception. It stands out from other lavender species withs its stunning blue-green variegated leaves and creamy white edges. Deep violet-blue flowers bloom on top of stems up to 45cm long in late summer, giving out a lovely scent and attracting multitudes of bees. Its dense evergreen foliage makes it perfect for mixed perennial planting in a border and it is well suited to container planting on a patio or terrace. Lavender can also make for more delicate hedging.
A versatile lavender, it is best placed in full sun in any well-drained soil. It is hardy able to tolerate exposed or sheltered areas and is drought resistant so it useful to cover any dry spots in your garden.
