Bearded iris 'Indian Chief' is a visually arresting variety distinguished by its vivid and strong coloration. Large, ruffled blooms with contrasting golden-yellow standards and rich, deep burgundy falls adorn this iris, producing a striking and striking display. 'Indian Chief', which blooms from late spring to early summer, gives any garden setting a dash of exotic elegance. For best results, plant in full sun and well-drained soil. To avoid rot, place the rhizomes slightly above the soil's surface. Throughout the growing season, water frequently, letting the soil dry out in between applications. To promote continuous flowering and preserve a neat appearance, deadhead spent blooms.
