Runaway Bride is a new introduction and award winning Hydrangea, it even won the coveted RHS Chelsea Flower Show Plant of the Year award in 2018. It caught the judges eye because of its profusion of blooms, which unlike other hydrangeas, form along the length of the stems. The flowerheads themselves are white lacecaps, so create a light, airy feel, and as they age, they often take on an attractive pink tint.
This premium Hydrangea is truly a marvel, producing six times more flowers than the average Hydrangea. This amazing new introduction will wow you with its vigorous and prolific flowering habit. 'Runaway Bride' produces an abundance of snowy-white lacecap flowers which form along the length of the stems. As the flower matures delicate flushes of pink will appear on the petals. Growing to a height and spread of 1-1.5m, this Hydrangea is ideal for planting in borders and patio containers. Flowers June-September. Supplied in approx 3 litre containers.
