Hydrangea arborescens 'Pink Percussion'
Availability: In stock
The perfect shrub for summer and autumn colour! Hydrangea arborescens is commonly known as the Sevenbark or wild hydrangea and is characterised by its upright stems and large eye-catching blooms.
‘Pink Percussion’ bears phenomenal delicate, light-pink lace cap flowers all the way from July to September. This is a deciduous shrub that displays green foliage, which turns warm shades of yellow and orange throughout autumn before it falls. It is a strong multi-stemmed Hydrangea that adds stunning summer colour to a mixed border. It is also perfect for container or patio planting.
This Hydrangea is highly versatile, able to grow in both exposed and sheltered areas, and in full sun or partial shade. Make sure to place it in moist but well-draining soil and water regularly when first planted. Remove faded flowerheads in spring when frost has subsided, and cut back the flowered stems to the next strong buds.
Supplied in approx. 7.5 litre containers.
