Heptacodium miconioides - Seven Son Flower
Availability: In stock
Heptacodium miconioides is a rare find and an unusual shrub for the garden. It is fully hardy, yet has an exotic look. In late summer it produces creamy-white, deeply fragrant blooms. When these fall, they reveal colourful, pink-red coloured calyxes. The foliage is also attractive hanging in elegant pairs of glossy green leaves.
Heptacodium miconioides can be grown either as a shrub or compact, manageable tree in the garden, so is ideal for small gardens. Plants are quick-growing and easy to maintain. Supplied in approx. 5 litre containers.
