Hemerocallis 'Campfire Embers'

Known by most as Daylilies, Hemerocallis 'Campfire Embers' is an eye-catching perennial that infuses your garden with flaming colour. This variety blooms profusely from mid- to late-summer and has striking deep red flowers with a vibrant orange throat. The blooms give height and texture to your borders or containers as they are held atop arching, grass-like foliage on tall, sturdy stems.

For best results, plant in full sun to partial shade in well-drained soil. During the growing season, water frequently, but let the soil dry out in between applications to avoid root rot. To ensure that flowers continue to bloom, deadhead spent flowers and divide clumps every few years to keep them vigorous. Combination plants such as salvia and coneflowers can create a visually arresting and vibrant garden arrangement.
