Helianthemum 'Ben Fhada'

Called simply "Rock Rose," Helianthemum 'Ben Fhada' is a delightful evergreen perennial that adds brilliant colour to borders, rock gardens, and containers. This variety is highly prized for an abundance of saucer-shaped, bright yellow flowers that bloom from late spring to early summer. With its grey-green, slightly hairy foliage and low growth and mat-forming habit, 'Ben Fhada' is an excellent choice for bringing colour and texture to sunny, well-drained areas of your garden.

Plant in well-drained, sandy or gravelly soil in full sun. Once established, this drought-tolerant plant needs very little watering. After flowering, trim back slightly to preserve its compact shape and promote more blooming. "Ben Fhada" looks great in a Mediterranean-style garden arrangement when combined with other sun-loving plants like lavender and thyme.
