Hedera helix 'Yellow Ripple'

This unique evergreen ivy distinguishes itself through its stunning variegated foliage and red stems. Its three-pronged leaves are an attractive silvery-green in the centre surrounded by creamy yellow margins providing bright colour all year round. New stem growth is a bright red which contrasts well against its foliage and looks attractive hanging down from baskets or climbing along a trellis. ‘Yellow Ripple’ looks amazing at the back of borders but is also perfect as bright and hardy ground cover. It is also now commonly used as a house plant.

This plant is a versatile and slow growing thriving in well-drained soil and can cope with any level of light exposure. It can also be planted in both exposed and sheltered areas making it suited to coastal gardens or urban spaces.
