Geranium sanguineum 'Album' - Bloody Cranesbill

Product ref: P26667

Availability: Out of stock

Known by most as Bloody Cranesbill, Geranium sanguineum 'Album' is a hardy perennial that lends a touch of elegance to any garden. This variety blooms from late spring to early summer, with pure white flowers that have delicate veining. Autumn brings brilliant red hues to the deeply lobed, dark green foliage, adding interest throughout the growing season.

Plant Geranium sanguineum 'Album' in full sun to partially shaded, well-drained soil. Although it can adapt well to many types of soil, it prefers soil that is somewhat fertile. Once established, the plant can withstand some drought, but during the growing season, watering on a regular basis is necessary. Deadhead spent flowers to promote ongoing blooming, and trim foliage in late autumn to keep things looking neat.
