Mavis Simpson is an elegant perennial geranium, with soft, silvery-pink flowers that seem to nod above the foliage. This variety has real charm of its own, continually blooming from late spring through to the first autumnal frosts. Its sprawling habit, low-growing height, and intrinsic drought tolerance also make it perfect for softening edges along borders, filling spaces in cottage gardens, or even spilling over the sides of containers. It does very well in full sun and partial shade, most noted for not having a drought tolerance, so is a very hardy choice for a gardener seeking something low care. Thriving in well-drained soil, 'Mavis Simpson' spreads gently by covering the ground with charming blooms and foliage.
