Fuchsia Gillian Anthea

Known for its huge, magnificent double flowers with a gorgeous arrangement of pale pink petals gently contrasted with a deep purple corolla, the fuchsia 'Gillian Anthea' is a wonderful variety. With its trailing branches and profuse blooms that drape gracefully, this attractive plant is perfect for hanging baskets and containers. It provides a visual feast from early summer until the first frost.

'Gillian Anthea' grows well in full to partial shade and does well in soil that is moist but well-drained. For it to remain vibrantly healthy, regular watering is necessary, especially in warmer climes or during dry spells. During the flowering season, a regular feeding schedule with a high-potash liquid fertiliser will encourage luxuriant growth and improve the appearance of its blossoms. Removing deadheads from wasted flowers will promote new blooms.
