Panache by name and Panache by nature in your garden and fruit bowl we say with this wonderful fig! An ancient variety that can be traced back to France in 1668 when it was mentioned in agrarian history, it has of course stood the test of time still being available today. It is also known as the ‘Tiger Fig’ as it produces unusual fruits that are brightly striped in yellow and green. The flesh is brilliant red and has a delicious sweet strawberry-like flavour. It crops reliably and has very good cold resistance.
