This dwarf mutation of the traditional variety 'Violette de Bordeaux' makes it easy to grow your own Figs in even the smallest of gardens! Fig 'Little Miss Figgy' has a neat compact habit, reaching just 1.8m tall. The large leaves are deeply lobed, making an attractive ornamental feature for a sheltered border or large patio pot.
The purple fruits of Fig 'Little Miss Figgy' are borne in profusion along the branches and each smooth-skinned fig has sweet, juicy flesh. Little skill or experience is needed to produce a bumper crop every autumn and in warmer years gardeners will benefit from a second crop in the spring.
This gorgeous compact little fig tree, providing a compact version of a full sized specimen makes a wonderful gift for yourself, a foodie or any aspiring fruit grower; ideal for planting up in a container on the patio or in a garden border.
