Echinacea 'Yellow Shades' is a gorgeous coneflower type that is well-known for its cheery yellow blossoms that scream summertime. The bright yellow petals that encircle a black, cone-shaped centre attract bees, butterflies, and other pollinators. The plant flowers from midsummer to early October. This plant is ideal for adding a pop of colour to the centre of a border or as part of a wildlife-friendly landscape because it usually reaches a height of 60 to 70 cm.
'Yellow Shades' is best planted in full sun, grows best in well-drained soil, and once established, requires very little care due to its drought tolerance. It contrasts strikingly with blue and purple blooming plants, such as salvia and lavender, highlighting its bright mood.Â
