Echinacea Wild Berry is a fantastic compact form of purple cone flower, one of the best that we have seen.
Large, deep pink-purple daisies with a central cone are produced on strong stems over an extended period compared to some other varieties through summer and early autumn. They are sweetly scented and attractive to bees, butterflies and other beneficial garden insects.
The tight clumps are adorned, starting in early summer, with 16'' tall flower spikes of large, fragrant, carmine-pink flower heads perfect for garden borders. Cone Flowers are an easy to grow hardy plant, which look fantastic in cottage gardens too. Echinacea 'Wild Berry' is particularly special, as the plants are short, compact and smothered in flowers!
