Delphinium 'Red Lark' is not only very distinctive thanks to the vibrant coral-red blooms, it is also a reliable hardy herbaceous perennial. Displaying spires of flowers from early to midsummer, it's compact compated to most delphiniums reach aroound 3ft tall in full bloom, and is therefore an ideal candidate for the middle of a herbaceous border ot perhaps for adding and unusual twist to a cottage garden planting. Perhaps however, reserve a roomy patio planter for it to be observed at closer quarters. 

Ideally in full sun to partial shade on well-drained fertile soil, be sure to keep your Red Lark Delphinium well watered as it gets it's roots down in to your soil. For a breathtaking garden display, combine it with other perennials that bloom around the same time in mid-summer.
