Dahlias give the gardener real value for their presence and this variety is no exception. Pink blooms that are multi-petalled forming a pompom shape and are born all over the plants crown from mid-July all the way though until November. These blooms not only give the garden a spectacular presence they are also ideal cut flowers for the vase and thus you are able to bring their beauty indoors.
‘Sandra’ will grow best in a good sunny spot, reaching to around ninety centimetres in height and like as fertile soil that does not become waterlogged, add plenty of organic matter to the soil prior to planting, water well during dry periods and dead head spent flowers to keep those blooms coming.
