Cosmos Casanova Carmine - Garden Colour Daisy

Part of the popular 'Garden Colour Daisy' line, the Cosmos 'Casanova Carmine' is a striking addition to any garden thanks to its vibrant and persistent flowers. This type has striking carmine-red flowers that resemble daisies and are contrasted with delicate, feathery foliage. The vivid blooms are abundant from mid-summer until the first frosts, which makes it an excellent option for cutting flower arrangements or borders that need a pop of colour and height.

Once established, 'Casanova Carmine' is highly drought-resistant and grows best in well-drained soil, although it prefers full sun for flowering and growth. Deadheading on a regular basis will keep the plant looking tidy and promote more blooming. Combine this cosmos with blooms that have softer hues, such as white or pale pink cosmos.
