Cortaderia Julia

Cortaderia ‘Julia’ is a great eye-catching ornamental grass that will give your garden colour all year round. This grass is variegated with 1, 2 or 3 white stripes running along the centre of the beautiful dark green leaves, that can reach up to 1 metre long. It also displays gorgeous soft white flower panicles on stems approximately 1.2 metres in height. A robust evergreen grass ‘Julia’ is a striking specimen plant perfect for solitary planting in a container or lawn. It also works well in a border; its cool tones contrast amazingly with bright flowering plants and other grasses.

Make sure to plant this in a bright area as it grows best in full sun and can tolerate light shade. Highly versatile, this grass will establish in any soil type as long as it is well drained, it grows well in both exposed and sheltered gardens. Supplied in approx 10 litre containers.
