Coprosmas are evergreen shrubs from Tasmania and New Zealand with bold and brilliant foliage. Ruby Red is a colourful, year round show-stopper, with the foliage changing colour with the seasons. Colours are more intense in winter, perfect for when there is little other colour in the garden. Lush, vigorous and stunning, Red Ruby Coprosma will do best in well drained soils in full sun to partial shade, it is ideal planted against a warm wall or sheltered garden. Super low-maintenance the flowers are very insignificant so it is grown primarily for the attractive foliage. If you're coastal, this is one plant that will also thrive in such conditions and can tolerate salt spray.
