Climbing Rose Westerland

Product ref: BR26561

Availability: Out of stock

The beautiful apricot-orange flowers of the Climbing Rose 'Westerland' are well known for their potent, spicy scent. This hardy climber is especially prized for its prolific blooms, which brighten gardens from early summer until the autumn frosts. Because of the enormous, showy, double blossoms, it becomes the focal point of any landscape.

With its thick, sprawling growth, "Westerland" is perfect for covering walls, fences, or pergolas. It thrives in full sun and well-drained soil. During the growing season, it needs to be fed with a fertiliser designed specifically for roses and needs to be watered frequently. In order to keep shape and encourage healthy new blooms, pruning should be done in the late winter. Combine this rose with deep blue or purple flowers, such as delphiniums or lavender.

Supplied as Strong Bare Root plants, ready to go straight out in the garden and bloom.
