Waiting on an order delivery before Christmas?

Fear not, our busy elves are working morning, noon and night to get Santas sleigh fully loaded in time, so provided you've ordered by 18th December 2024, we will be getting your order dispatched in time. It will go out with a trusted reliable courier such as DHL so we don't over load the Reindeer!

* * * There is no need to worry or contact us if you've placed an order and are waiting for it, this will then allow some of our customer care elves to join our packing elf team so we may even be able to extend our last orders date. * * *

Can I order from you over the festive Period?

We welcome orders placed over the Christmas & New Year Period.

Please be aware that the last shipment of plants and products prior to Christmas will be made on Monday 23rd of December (for orders placed by 18th December), orders placed after this time will be dispatched but may not arrive until after the festive break, as our main shipping re-commences in the New Year (first working week of January!)

When we return to the nursery refreshed from the festive Holidays, we like to have plenty of orders waiting for us! So keep an eye on the site over the 12 days of Christmas for some festive bargains. Every day, we will have special offers to celebrate the festive period and the New Year!

Customer Support during the Festive Period

If you do need to contact us during the Christmas and New Year period we will be looking after our customers via our knowledge base and contact form, however this will only be monitored sporadically over the holiday period. We feel it's import to ensure our teams have a well earned rest over this time, so kindly ask for your patience if you do submit a query, as it may take a little time for a reply to be received. Rest assured we will of course look after your query, as we highly value every one of our customers. We will return to the office on 2nd January 2024 and be in touch then should you leave us a query whilst we are closed to provide our hard working team a well earned rest.

DELIVERY OF CHRISTMAS ORDERS

** For guaranteed dispatch before Christmas please place orders by 18th December 2024 **

 Orders placed after this time may be shipped, but we cannot guarantee delivery on or by the 24th as this is in the hands of the courier networks.

If you are awaiting an order for Christmas that you have placed prior to our last orders cut off, there is no need to panic, as we dispatch many of our ranges in batches in the week leading up to Christmas so expect your goodies soon.

Earlier ordering is always recommended, if you place an order after our dead line we cannot guarantee delivery, but will do our best to get your order to you in time - we aim to ship all orders placed after this time using a reliable delivery service so that your package of goodies should arrive before Christmas Eve all being well with our couriers, but we cannot guarantee this. If you order late, the order will still be dispatched and arrive in due course.
