Ceanothus thyrsiflorus repens - Californian Lilac Tree - circa 150cm

In late spring to summer, this fantastic evergreen Ceanothus tree is smothered in fluffy, powder-blue flowers.

The plants attractive evergreen foliage almost vanishes under the sea of blue blossoms. It is easy to grow and care for, and this large standard tree form with a long clear stem with branches at the top, make it an ideal candidate for adding height to a mixed border or as a solitary specimen.

When out of flower, the dark green leaves which are small, neat and evergreen form an attractive foil to other plants.

Larger sized strong plants in approx. 12 litre containers, full of buds and blooms in season.
