Thorn free is a very heavy cropping variety, and the fruits themselves are large, blackberries are of course very sweet and tasty and really juicy. Perfect in pies and deserts, and essential for any classic blackberry and apple pie or crumble, or how about your own home made blackberry jam? Combine with other fruits and imagine a luscious Summer Fruits pudding. The fruit freezes well if you find you have too many at one time.
